TERMS
* Cost of food and accommodation is included in the fees.
* A deposit of $200 should be paid in order to reserve your place. Maximum of 20 people.
* Your remaining balance should be paid By December 12th.

  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellation by Participant:
      • There is a $200 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot in the VEZA retreat. 
      • If we sell out and there is more people interested. We will try to find someone to take your place.
    • Cancellation by Organizers:
      • If the retreat is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
  • Transfer of Booking:
    • If you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to another individual with prior approval from the organizers. All transfers must be completed by December 15th.
  • Liability Waiver:
    • The organizers are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or losses that occur during the retreat. By attending, you agree to release the organizers from any liability.
  • Payment Terms:
    • Failure to pay the remaining balance by November 7th will result in the forfeiture of your reservation and deposit.
  • Changes to the Program:
    • The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, activities, or accommodations if necessary. Participants will be informed of any significant changes as soon as possible and if there are any material changes, we will give you an opportunity to cancel with no charges. 
  • Force Majeure:
    • The organizers are not liable for any interruptions or cancellations caused by events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.
  • Photography and Media Consent:
    • By attending the retreat, you consent to being photographed and recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in promotional materials, please inform the organizers and we'll make sure you are not in any pictures of videos..

      • Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the retreat. Please inform the organizers of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at least three weeks before the retreat.
      • It is recommended that participants have travel insurance that covers personal health, accidents, and cancellations.

      • The organizers are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or losses that occur during the retreat. By attending, you agree to release the organizers from any liability.

      • All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards others. The organizers reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the retreat if their behavior is disruptive or harmful, with no refund provided.
