She is a certified in the VITA™ methodology - a method that takes the most effective teachings of modern neurobiology, holistic healing, and modern coaching, and blends them with ancient wisdom & teachings.

She is a passionate about all things relationship-themed, and loves guiding people through a safe process to access their deepest desires and to move through any unconscious and limiting thought patterns, behaviors and conditioning that is holding them from living in their dream relationship.

She uses a blend of practices in her sessions combining talking coaching and embodiment practices aiming to access the inherent wisdom of the body/mind. She combines this with breathwork, pleasure practices, meditations, and different embodiment practices to unlock your deepest truth and aliveness.
