Step 1

Choose all the adjectives that you want to embody.

Step 2

Take your words and put them in an order that can be remembered easily. I recommend using this prompt in AI. You can use my custom AI here.

Put these words and statements in an order that can be easily remembered, by taking the first letter of every word and arranging them to make an acronym. Give me 3 choices of acronyms and order. Include all words and statements, even if they are multiple words.

Take the follow daily affirmation statements and turn them into "I am" statements like the following example, always in present tense.

Show the first letter of the word. Don't show the original word, just the "I am" statement.

warrior = "W- I am a warrior." or Authority on alignment = "A- I am and authority on alignment"

Add the following message at the beginning without any changes. "I will read these affirmations to myself everyday. I will repeat each of these statements until I can feel the meaning of the statement in my body, knowing that this will create my reality."

These are my words

warrior

aligned

abundant

radiant

peaceful

healthy

divine

complete

joyful

Step 3

Choose the acronym that is the easiest to remember. This is so you can memorize these affirmations over time and not need to look them up after a while.

Read these to yourself everyday. Try to do it in a private space, sitting up with your back straight, entering a calm mind. It's recommended to do so in the morning, as if you win your morning, you win your day.

Repeat each statement until you can FEEL what is like to embody that statement. Sometimes it may take several times. This will begin to rewire the neural pathways in your brain to make these your reality.

WARD CHAP J

"I will read these affirmations to myself everyday. I will repeat each of these statements until I can feel the meaning of the statement in my body, knowing that this will create my reality."

  1. W - I am a warrior.

  2. A - I am aligned.

  3. R - I am radiant.

  4. D - I am divine.

  5. C - I am complete.

  6. H - I am healthy.

  7. A - I am abundant.

  8. P - I am peaceful.

  9. J - I am joyful.

With love,
